According to Eminem’s Interscope publicist, Dennis Dennehy, the website KingMathers.com is “bogus” and its contents - “…not true”.
After all the rumors and speculation, this qualifies as a legitimate source of information for those seeking news about the new Eminem album.
Adam Graham confirmed what many suspected and has written about it in the Detroit News:
Regarding new material, Dennehy said, “there is no Eminem album on any release schedule.”
Still, for months Em has been rumored to be working on new material and eyeing a 2007 release date. Though the project has been hush-hush, 50 Cent and Eminem’s Shady Records signee, Ca$his, have both mentioned the project in interviews. Rumored collaborators include Dr. Dre, T.I. and Akon.
Regardless of when a new album is released, the title may now not be King Mathers.
