Various sites including SOHH.com everest lavalys blogspot are reporting that Eminem is in negotiations to buy Detroit’s historic St. Andrews Hall.

“Given his ties to the building and the venue’s price, the building is a good investment for him,” an unidentified source told the Detroit News.
