A late Xtended Play 3.13 review and “What up” vid

Jonathan Cumming of the Broward-Palm Beach New Times wrote a review for Frank N Dank’s Xtended Play 3.13. The review itself is a few months late, but its good pub none the less.

Cumming alludes to the Toronto influence on Frank N Dank with them having re-located up north, saying the album, “has an unexpected Caribbean vibe that’s a welcome change”. He also notices, “a bit of patois” on some songs, although I’d disagree with his assessment of Xtended Play distancing itself from Dilla’s sound.
